Finding your Inner Power

We can move mountains, save lives, and inspire others if we truly live in full power.

What do I mean by full power?

When we are the most authentic version of ourselves, we live knowing that our actions genuinely make us feel inspired, passionate and powerful. A state where you know you are positively impacting others and working towards your goals wholeheartedly, knowing that the journey is the true inspiration, not the destination.

Life is not about playing small, hiding in fear, repeating cycles, or struggling to thrive in your current situation. It is about knowing who you are, what you want, and, most importantly, why.

Life is about being completely and unapologetically you.

Fear, doubt, worry, and anger… all come from thoughts that are not our own. They can not come up when you truly live in your full self. They can only arise when you let them tell a story of why you must or cannot be you.

Yes, life happens. Unexpected events always arise, and that can throw us off. People can leave, pass away, or disrupt our energy, but we take their gift and can use it to empower us or detract from who we are and who we are meant to be.

To find your true power, you must first discover who you are:

In your past

Your memories, the stories you tell about yourself and the world around you.

In your present

Your actions, behaviours, current situation and what you would like to be different.

In your future

By deciding and planning out exactly who you wish to be, what you want to have and where you want to go.

When you discover who you are in those areas, the work of becoming is simple—not easy, but simple. Writing is the best way to dive into your own life and to breakdown what it is you truly wish to have and who you wish to be. No one can answer those questions but you. It is always time well spent investing in yourself.

Let go of the things that no longer serve you and move into the light of your true, fullest power.
